BIG SALE AT ELFSAR!

Thursday November 27^th is the American Thanksgiving.  It also marks the beginning of the holiday shopping season.  Black Friday is known to start the shopping bonanza for the holidays and Elfsar is starting it off with a 4 day sale running from Thursday November 27^th until Sunday November 30^th.

Elfsar Comics and Toys (Vancouver) was selected as one of only four stores in Canada to host the Hellboy II DVD Release party on Tuesday November 11th 2008. Other stores included: Silver Snail (Toronto), Another Dimension (Calgary), and Capitaine Quebec (Montreal).

Elfsar hosted the event at the Hamilton Street Grill (right next door to us). We had the entire place to ourselves and it was an exclusive party for the lucky ticket holders who purchased the DVD (in any format) from Futureshop on Granville (on the release day, Nov 11th).

Each guest could bring a friend to the party and everyone walked away with a special Hellboy prize ($27.95 value each). We had complimentary food and a cash bar available. Heck, even Hellboy dropped by the party as it was in his honor.  See the event on Facebook
